Lemme tell yall the story of my day yesterday friday march 27, 2009; I woke up went to chem and calc2 class then went running at sand dunes. Went home and learned some new songs by frankie lymon lol. The got a call from C-san around 630-7pm. It goes like this:

Me: where the key club? yea imma b there for this group that a producer i know works with (btw they r some funny goofy ass rappers lol one member had tooooo much "swag" lol)

OK!... so we go.... and we watch the producers group at around 10. I wait like fuck this man these slaughterhouse niggas aint rappin today and csans like nah wait up wait... then some wack mexicans keep going on back to back like wtf! soooo around like 11:45 Joell Ortiz comes out rappin im like okay!!! i hear my nigga joe budden rappin the addlibs. So long story short they kill it... then we go upstairs to this vip lounge shit anddddd.... i see csan dick ridin joe budden ahahahah!!!!!!!....... soo i join in cuz he is my niggga the best rapper alive, maybe of all time, shit i can relate to his song and feel em... so what if u dont like or know him. Drake- So Far Gone..... the critique

Let me first start by saying this although some of you may not believe that we are good or musically inclined but i say this... haters... give us a beat and give urself the same beat.. i will bet money that we come up with some hotter shit than yours. but back to business... haha...

I guess i am rather late on hearing the music of Drake "dreezy" Rogers. Today i downloaded his mixtape "So Far Gone" and i observed the following: He has a sick ass flow and he has a good voice when it comes to singing. HOWEVER, i believe that the man is using his talents alllll wrong. I listened to the first 7.5 songs then skipped a song then another then went back to the beginning and realized that i was officially done with listening to Drake. His lyrics all sound the same way and when he sings theres something about the song that makes me want to turn it off. Listen to some of the greats in the game and you will notice that throughout their albums the topics vary greatly and the sound of each song is distinct. Drakes mixtape lacks that. Maybe his album(one that i will buy) will be different because someone notices what i notice. This is not a diss or shot at drake this is a paragraph of constructive criticism. Im no where near as hyped, popular, or rich as drake but i am still a human i am a musichead i am a rapper so i can let his ass know he needs to step his game up and change up his flow sometimes, and sing to beats that compliment his voice.
