Drake- So Far Gone..... the critique
Let me first start by saying this although some of you may not believe that we are good or musically inclined but i say this... haters... give us a beat and give urself the same beat.. i will bet money that we come up with some hotter shit than yours. but back to business... haha...
I guess i am rather late on hearing the music of Drake "dreezy" Rogers. Today i downloaded his mixtape "So Far Gone" and i observed the following: He has a sick ass flow and he has a good voice when it comes to singing. HOWEVER, i believe that the man is using his talents alllll wrong. I listened to the first 7.5 songs then skipped a song then another then went back to the beginning and realized that i was officially done with listening to Drake. His lyrics all sound the same way and when he sings theres something about the song that makes me want to turn it off. Listen to some of the greats in the game and you will notice that throughout their albums the topics vary greatly and the sound of each song is distinct. Drakes mixtape lacks that. Maybe his album(one that i will buy) will be different because someone notices what i notice. This is not a diss or shot at drake this is a paragraph of constructive criticism. Im no where near as hyped, popular, or rich as drake but i am still a human i am a musichead i am a rapper so i can let his ass know he needs to step his game up and change up his flow sometimes, and sing to beats that compliment his voice.

The Fray - You Found Me
The Fray is one of the most talented bands/writers i've ever heard. They create music which is so emotionally driven and i connect and relate to it a lot. They are the inspiration to many of my verses on the upcoming Onenine89 albums "OG: the story of an original gentleman". Personally they are like the Joe Buddens of Rock... with more fame. listen to this...

!! RiP Diron Rivers !!
Shit seems unreal how life can end so abruptly. Its scary and somewhat motivating in my eyes. You are so scared that your life is going to end tomorrow that you are inspired to set short term goals and love better and love more. More than likely you will not die tomorrow and over time... you will have accomplished many short term goals which (scientifically proven) builds self-esteem and confidence to set larger, more important goals in life. Diron was a cool dude.. hella funny.. yet composed. A tall ass basketball loving hooper who died doing his favorite hobby. I remember when i used to sell my king sized kitkats at school he got one everyday! And when i retired from the hustle, everytime i saw him(school or elsewhere) hes like "YO MAN! I NEED THAT KIT KAT!" lmao man shit had me laughin so hard. bro i love you RIP DIRON RIVERS it rained today so we could feel ur pain.
